Are these candle holders for indoor or outdoor use?

Both — depending on the holder. Glass hurricane and metal cage lanterns are wind-protected and work on patios in dry weather; ceramic and wood pieces are indoor-only. The product page states the recommended use.

What size candle fits the holders?

Pillar holders fit standard 3-inch pillar candles. Tealight holders fit standard 1.5-inch tealights. Taper candle holders fit 7/8-inch taper bases. Sizes are on each product page.

Can I use LED candles instead of real ones?

Yes — LED battery candles in the matching size work in all of our holders. Wood lanterns and ceramic holders are especially suited for LED because no heat means no burn risk.

Are the wood lanterns weather-proof?

No — the wood lanterns are sealed against moisture but not rain-rated. Use them on a covered porch, indoors, or bring them inside during weather. Outdoor metal and glass lanterns can stay outside in dry conditions.

How are the glass pieces packed for shipping?

Double-walled cartons, foam corner inserts, and bubble wrap on the glass. Hurricane glass ships in a separate inner box.

Are the candles included?

No — we sell the holders only. We recommend unscented pillars and tealights to avoid soot staining the ceramic and wood.

Can I return a candle holder I've already used (with wax residue)?

Unused holders in original packaging — yes, within 30 days. Holders with wax residue, soot, or burn marks are non-returnable.

What if my hurricane glass arrives cracked?

Email a photo of the broken piece and the shipping box to support@garnettnimbuscore.com within 7 days. We ship a replacement at no charge — the broken piece does not need to be sent back.
